This is about much more basic rights. Certain religious fundamentalists are trying to impose there strict standards upon Israeli women. These rules are very similar to rules in Islamic countries. They are even being segregated on public busses. Israel is supposed to be democratic and modern, in comparison to the rest of the Middle East. But now the ultra-orthodox Rabbis are behaving like Muslim Mullahs, in nations governed by Shariah.
