Wesley Snipes Charged with Tax Evasion

The income tax was never properly ratified. http://www.givemeliberty.org/features/taxes/notratified.htm Therefore Wesley Snipes refusal to pay it is an act of civil disobedience. I think and hope that the jury should nullify the conviction.
