Only in the Third Reich he'd be euthanised as well, especially since he's a Jew. Indivisuals should be able to live there lives in peace, as long as they are not threatening the peace of others. The state is supposed to protect us, not take over our lives. The autistic youth should be allowed to make his own medical descisions, along with his parents. We all should be able to own ourselves, and maintain bodily integredy.
